Can we view your memorials?
Yes. We have a large stock of memorials at our lounge and you are welcome to visit and meet our team.
We are located at 15 Kolmar Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland. See our lounge open hours here.What if we don't see a memorial we like?
We can support you to design your own unique memorial and have done this for many families.
Custom ordered headstones will take longer to produce so we need at least 6 months notice before your unveiling to get this done.
How much notice do you need to produce my memorial?
It depends on what the memorial is and whether we have what you need in stock. Below are some indicative timeframes of how much notice we will need before your unveiling date to have your memorial completed.
Headstones in stock: approx 2-3 months
Headstones custom made: approx 6-7 months
Memorial plaque only: approx 1-2 months
Life and Lawn Markers: approx 1-2 months
Rapid Turn-around Life and Lawn Markers, Plaques: approx 1 month (Please note there is an additional cost for rapid turn-around and we cannot always deliver on this)
There are many factors we take into consideration that could potentially change completion dates however, we will always endeavor to keep you updated on timelines.

What is the process for installing a headstone?
The process includes selecting the headstone, finalising the design, engraving and/or installing a plaque, and then scheduling an installation date. Our team are certified installers for all Auckland Cemeteries and handles the installation to ensure it is done correctly and securely.Where can you install?
We can install into any Auckland cemetery and cemeteries as far as Port Waikato. We are happy to have a discussion about other surrounding areas but cannot promise that they can be serviced. We can arrange for you to collect your memorial or organise shipping at cost.
How long does it take to install a headstone?
Once the headstone is produced and quality checked, installation usually takes 1-2 days, depending on weather conditions and cemetery regulations.Do I need to get permission for an install into an Auckland cemetery?

Can I install the headstone myself?
We highly recommend professional installation to ensure the headstone is securely and correctly placed. This also helps to avoid potential damage and ensures compliance with cemetery regulations. You can however install your own memorial into a private cemetery or urupa, please consult with us if you need support.What types of foundations are used for headstones?

Enviromax Plaques are full colour HD so the design options are limitless. Laser-etching and engraving will have limitations on design.

What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit on acceptance of quoted works. Once this is confirmed, we will begin the design and production phase and keep you informed of any variations to the contract based on changes you may make to the original quoted request if applicable.Can we get a draft design before accepting a quote?
Yes, but we may charge non-refundable design fee. Please discuss this with us.When do I need to pay the remaining balance?
Full payment must be made at least 2 weeks before collection, shipping or installation.
Do you charge interest on payment plans?
No we provide a no interest payment plan option. There is however a time cap on how long you can pay off your memorial and that is 6-8 months. Please talk to us to discuss this option.
